How to register

AIB phone banking is available to personal and small business customers who have an AIB bank account, savings account or credit card. Register for AIB phone banking by calling us on 0818 724 020 (Dial 353 1 771 2424 from outside Ireland). You’ll be given a registration number and Personal Access Code (PAC) to access AIB Internet Banking.
 
You can ring AIB phone banking on 0818 724 724 (Dial +35317712424 from abroad) anytime to use the automated facility for routine transactions. A customer service advisor is available Monday to Sunday 9am to 5pm for non-routine transactions, or if you need help. You will be required to enter your security details.
*These requests can only be completed by a customer service advisor.
